Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any applications, games, websites, or digital products ("Services") operated by Strange Strategic Investments LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Our Services include but are not limited to Food Noise, Cheat Code Mania, Race O Race, Element Quest, and Western Weston Education.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.

By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps or accessing our websites, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/EEA), that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.

Strange Strategic Investments LLC develops and publishes mobile applications, games, educational content, and related digital products. Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.

All content within our Services — including app code, game assets, graphics, text, audio, video, logos, and the Strange Innovations and Strange Strategic Investments LLC brand — is the exclusive property of Strange Strategic Investments LLC or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our Services.

Some of our Services may offer in-app purchases, premium features, or paid content. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective payment terms. We do not store payment card information. Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or platform policy.

Educational content provided through our Services (including Western Weston Education and Michelle's medical education tools) is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to their situation.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services (including YouTube, App Store, and Google Play). OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STRANGE STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strange Strategic Investments LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Children's Safety

We take children's safety seriously. Our apps and games that may appeal to children (including Cheat Code Mania, Race O Race, and Element Quest) are designed to be safe and appropriate. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Parents or guardians may contact us to review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child's data.

13. App Store Terms

Our mobile apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading our apps through these platforms, you also agree to the applicable terms of service of Apple Inc. and Google LLC. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the platform's terms, the platform's terms shall govern with respect to your use of the platform itself.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Strange Strategic Investments LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing in-app notification. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
