These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cheat Code Mania, a mobile game operated by Strange Strategic Investments LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading or playing Cheat Code Mania, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Cheat Code Mania Is
Cheat Code Mania is a cyberpunk platformer game with 50 handcrafted levels. You play as a rogue hacker who uses legendary cheat codes — Invisibility, Time Stop, Phase Through Walls, Mind Control — as real in-game superpowers. It is a paid, one-time purchase game with no ongoing subscription, in-app purchases, or ads.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play Cheat Code Mania for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
Purchases
Cheat Code Mania is sold as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are final and subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not handle payment processing or issue refunds directly — contact Apple Support for purchase issues.
Your Game Data
Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your game data. We are not responsible for loss of progress due to app deletion, device changes, or device failure.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the game for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract game assets without permission
- Modify or tamper with game files to gain unfair advantages or redistribute altered versions
- Use the app to transmit harmful code or content
Intellectual Property
Cheat Code Mania, including its design, code, art, audio, story, characters, and branding, is owned by Strange Strategic Investments LLC and created by Weston Strange. It is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the game without our written permission.
No Warranties
Cheat Code Mania is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strange Strategic Investments LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Cheat Code Mania, including loss of game progress or device issues.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
